Equine Reverie

I am thrilled to share an addition to my spirit animal series! “Equine Reverie” is an homage to the grace, strength, and freedom of horses. Let this painting transport you to a world where untamed beauty fuels the spirit that connects humans and horses.

With each brushstroke, I’ve poured my heart and soul into capturing the ethereal essence of these magnificent creatures. I began with acrylic inks to create the abstract underpainting. Then I went in with acrylic paint to map out the subjects and add values. Finally I finished up with oil paint to add depth and juiciness to the colors.

This large ready-to-hang canvas is of the finest quality pure-cotton standard with 0.75” gallery-style edges and kiln-dried stretcher bars, complete with the artist’s signature and hanging wire already installed. The painting was finished with Gamvar Varnish, giving it a unified gloss surface that protects from dirt, dust and fading in UV light.
